Waterspouts threaten Boca
Two waterspouts are spotted Wednesday morning off the coast near Boca Raton around 11 a.m. The waterspouts were seen in Broward and Palm Beach counties and were moving into shore They broke up several miles from shore, however. (Sun-Sentinel / Robert Mayer / November 14, 2007)
These waterspouts vanished before hitting shore. I saw one go on land at almost this same area of Highland Beach last year.
