I can vouch for that!
The only time I ever saw Roberto teaching @ Skyway was on the southside
launch . Me and Lori were just finishing a 15 mile downwinder when we saw
him there with his student.
Southside is a place no one ever goes to kite.
My 2 cents, associations or organizations or having insurance will never do didly squat since all members in the associations, organizations or holding
insurance will always abide by the laws the Grand Poobah decrees.
But the rebels, outlaws and ignorant never will.
Well, Maybe the ignorant will, if you catch them in time before they launch.
That makes your system SV, pretty untenable.
Since it has to be at the point of launch, where these people will or will not
listen to you. I know quite a few people burned out from being the "cop".
