hit me up you afternoon kiters thinking about skyway 813 260 0262...and about tides at skyway....you can kite at the skyway on anytide.....you just walk out to where the deep water is located. however at east beach a real low tide is a pain in the butt its a long walk to get to where there is water....hope that is helpful.....
