NO, it's not actually. Straight North really sucks @ Skyway, Gusty slightly offshore wind with no power. NNE is when it starts to work there.
However, Southside Skyway works awesome on NNW, N or NNE!
With the great caveat that it has to be low tide. It should be low tide early in the morning
