I was rigged and ready to go after seeing a C kite on the northern end of Siesta Key and 30 seconds later, as soon as my launcher touched the kite....that HUGE gust hit. Very good thing I never launched. I was gonna to sit and wait it out, but never got good after. Hopefully we'll get a day in here soon. I don't know what happened to the C kite on the point, but if he was out when that gust hit, he must have gotten seriously rocked.
