The thing is, no one would believe it even if it was and it's not worth it arguing over it.
I believe Bill cuz of the situation he described and know he (if anyone) could take advantage of it without crappin his shorts. Photo shopping the other rider in front of him and the fact he is so far away kinda kill the picture and it's authenticity anyway. Oh well.
