I have just noticed that some of the internal links to other threads are now dead (example: the link in
http://fksa.org/showthread.php?t=2071 in your second post), not sure if those were just threads that got erased or something that broke in the migration.
Also, not sure if this is a 'problem', but some of the less frequented forums are now empty if nothing has been posted in a few months.
