I would get the new 55 cm Waroo bar, if you can and don't mind paying for it.
I have been using it on my 15m Hyper and the 12m Atom.
It works great on both.
The 55cm bar will work fine on the 12m Waroo.
23 inches is almost 59 cms (frame of reference)
