Lightwind champ....here's proof
Have a look at this video we made last weekend at Folsom Lake, California.
Rider (me) is 220lbs, wind is 8-10mph, board is Litewave Wing-161, kite is 17m V-Sonic. Going upwind, having fun... This board/kite combo works soooooo well for light wind. See for yourself.
