Am I hallucinating ?
Or does it seem to other people as well that we are getting some epic W / NW winds this coming sat. , sun. and mon.? |
Lets cross our fingers...........so hard to forecast 5 days out. Accuweather is showing wind. The site below is the most accurate I have used. If it shows anything above 12 - it is rideable and rarely is wrong. It just is not accurate on the high end - meaning it may say 17MPH but it is blowing 20 plus. It is good for 3 days out:

Hey Big R, riefer is not suppose to make you halucinate. Maybe you should give me some of that for scientific testing. Prolly about a Lb should do fine. Always in the name of science.

ACkkkkkkkkk! I might not be hallucinating after all SATURDAY SOUTH WINDS AROUND 15 KNOTS. SEAS 2 FEET. SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS IN THE AFTERNOON. SATURDAY NIGHT NORTHWEST WINDS 15 TO 20 KNOTS. SEAS BUILDING TO 3 TO 4 FEET AFTER MIDNIGHT. SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS. SUNDAY NORTHWEST WINDS AROUND 20 KNOTS. SEAS 4 TO 5 FEET. CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS. |
it's still a ways out but that would be cool if it holds!

Backside is good for a SW.. get out to the flats are you are golden.
there are lots of places on the Gulf side as well.. just need to be extra cautious of beach goers.. I like to park and rig at the most norther point of pass-a-grille.. the area between PAG and the pink hotel.. usually very sparse of people.. |
