new in Tampa Bay area
Hi, I am new in Tampa Bay area and I will like to know more about the kite spot around here.
I will be staying close to the Tampa Airport, is there any kiting spot close by? What sizes of kite (C kite) are most commonly in use? Is the wind stronger in the morning? Late Afternoon..? Until Sun Set… Thanks and see you out there Jean-Francois |

It has maps and discriptions of the launch spots in the area. Thers a place close to the airport called cypres. I never kited there but i've see people there. Paz Jaime |
I was out at Cypress yesterday for a while.. It was blowing 12-15 for 30 minutes and then it shut off. :(
