Sunday Winds For Beginner?

Winds look to be about 20-25 tomorrow. I'm planning on going to East Beach with my 11m. Those winds sound ok for my kite and being new?

Not sure of your weight but that sounds fine. The top end of an 06/07 12M waroo is around 30 so I would expect you'd be fine if you are at least 160 lbs. I would typically rig my 12M (but lately have been riding a 9m in that wind). I am 185-195 depending on my diet.

If it goes over 25 you may want to go down a size.

about 165 lbs. Friend says it might be to much for my 11m sense i'm so new.

Better safe than sorry, imo.
Wait for it to drop down (hopefully) around 1 pm, is my advice.
It's blowing solid 25 right now.

I weigh 160/165 and that'd be a lot of wind at my size on an 11m.
Plus, if you loop the kite on accident, that kind of wind is going to spank you pretty good.
