It’s not a new board….or even a new kite. I thought I would post our new machine that arrived this week. I guess you could say it is a Christmas present to me. For those not familiar with my company, we produce nutritional supplements. This machine applies the full body sleeve to a bottle eliminating the need for labels. You would find this on products like Arizona Ice Tea, and Fuzia. There are many 2oz energy drinks also that commonly display this full body sleeve. Cool. Prior to putting it on, do you have some type of printer that prints a label on that wrap? How does that work?

I feel bad for the guy stuffed in that little box applying the wrapper.
Do you let him out every once in a while?

The sleeves do come pre-printed. The ones we ran today are just demo graph paper with horizontial and vertical lines to show that the shrink is square on the bottle. (if that aint an oxy moron what is?)

Heres a sample of a finished product we run with a printed sleeve..This sleeve is Black on a cheap white bottle. Perfect shelf presentation.

Just so you guys dont think I am totally rude, that was a little inside joke about the joys of welding, and I know that G is one of the few around here who can take a good ribbing.

Not sleeping and playing cards with morons sucks.

Just you you don't think I was rude, I still don't think that Freaky Doggy can cut in 5, but I would like to try one in 8 or more. :)

An extinguisher was in order that day. While welding on the new firewall to my summer project (66 Mustang), a small fire was instengated. You can't see much through a welding mask but you sure can smell smoke. Anyway's, after dousing the area with water and calming the smoke detector down from chirping, things were under control.

I've since removed the carpet which was under the car to reduce the chance of another mishap.
