Good to speak with you yesterday Kevin. How about the following for a start:

1. Kiteboarders shall use the designed corridor for launching and landing.

2. Ride at least 100 yards offshore and no closer until time to come in.

3. Stay out of the buoyed swim areas! If you are working on staying upwind, walk further upwind and come into the launching corridor.

4. Properly functioning kite leashes must be used.

5. Kiteboarders are solely responsible for their safety, that of bystanders and shall act with appropriate caution.

6. Be courteous and yield the right of way to all other beach users and bathers. Work to avoid complaints to preserve your access to this kiteboarding launch.
