World Record Winner, Breath-Hold Demonstration

Martin Stepanek of Free Diving Instructors And Trainers, http://www.divefit.com, performed a breath-hold demonstration at the 2008 Ocean Fest in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Martin has held many world free diving records over the years in several disciplines. He previously held the world record for a static apnea or stationary breath-hold dive of 8 minutes 6 seconds. His longest time for static apnea is a remarkable 8 minutes 12 seconds. For those fortunate enough to participate in FIT free diving courses you can gain solid knowledge and experience with efficient and safety oriented free diving practices.
