Recommendations, advice for next week in St. Pete
 

Gonna be staying in St. Pete beach from 4/13-4/19 and planning on bringing my gear. Any recommendations on what gear to bring(sail size, wetsuit), places to sail, and anything else anyone could think of. Hope to hear some good things and catch some good wind.

Wind this spring has been amazing. Bring as many sizes as you can fit. Been light to 45knots and everything in between. Probably only need to pack a spring suit and rash guard for the sun.

It is rideable here on any wind direction and downwinders are a snap with the trolley system along the Gulf.

Use the forum for best advice on location when the days get closer. Lots of options. Keep your schedule flexible and seek local advice on wind conditions as there is plenty of rideable wind that is not necessarily forecasted.

Keep the east coast in mind as that can make a great day trip if you get skunked on the west side.
