The yellow girly-man one Josh?

And Big G, that was Mexico Erick disguised as newbie McLovin...don't let him fool you into giving him free gear!!!

I have heard about plenty of them breaking, but mine hasnt failed yet. If it does, it will go to the leash anyway.

It's 3 gusting to 5 now.
I'm stoked

I actually twisted the "neck" on two of those way back when they first came out.
When that happens, it no longer releases. Considering we didn't have QRs on the C loops then, that wasn't a good situation.
I think it happened because we tended to ride overpowered back then, and didn't have much depower available.

Everything has been claimed accept for the older C kite and I forgot to list my original 2m Airtime trainer.

Steve, I'll get you the bars and harness. I think one of the SS bars was used 1 time.

Thanks for helping me clean out some old gear.

Be glad you didn't take lessons from Steve S aka Stevie B. Here are a few of his past kite graduates and not all of them wanted anything to do with the board.

Great bunch of guys Steve/\

no toby, this was like 2 years ago in texas when i rode for Cabrinha.

was riding overpowered on my 12 switchblade and there was big jettys that shoot out a good 50-60 feet that have barnacles all over them. was coming in to turn around and right after i turned around i got super powerd and somehow hit the QR on the spreader bar, and figured ok, i will just let go of the bar and put the hook back in, not realizing how close the jettys were because of the shore break making them harder to see. figures my kite fell right on the jetty and tore my kite to pieces. luckily it blew enough for me to ride my 7 during the comp.

i think the QR is to easy to accidentally hit. which in certain situations can not be good.

to reattach the hook is very hard to do while the bar is in your hand.

and if you accidently hit it while launching or landing, or even standing on the beach, that wouldn't be to good. yeah it would go to your leash, but the kites gotta fall somewhere. especially during the summer with these west winds, having to ride at the crowded beaches during summer, that would not be good at all.

just my two cents.

Speaking of harnesses/spreaders. ive got a new Dakine board short harness (has the internal seat harness) i used it once and discovered it is way too big for me. I'd take $35. i think they are size small but would fit size 30-32"

Cheers
Phil

I have 4 computer monitors for free. 3 are 15", one is 17".
All are in good shape.

I also have 3 fish tanks. All very nice. One 45 high, one 55, one 75 gallon.
Nice stands, nice decorative stuff in them.... complete basically. Free.
Just pic them up (I will help load them).
I won't help set them back up.

Sell them yourself if you want, I just need to clear them out. Skemp......
