You think we might get some ridable winds this week because of the storm?

I would be very cautious about the weather you fly in. Shoot for side to side onshore, max 20 mph as you are still getting into things. There may be some useable stuff free of storms this afternoon.

Avoid feeder bands/squall lines like the plague. Fall is very close by, if in doubt blow it off and ride another day. Starting tomorrow, through Wednesday and for all I know, perhaps even Thursday, reasonable rideable conditions should start to diminish and vanish entirely at times.

The storm track has changed a lot as has the strength. Keep a close eye on this rapidly changing situation.

Thanks for the advise, I might stick with the 3m foil and the land board for now. Urban kiteboarding can be quite fun. Looking for about 30 and I can really crank upwind on the land board. I don't you a harness so I release before getting lofted.
