Where to go in Florida....when you are a Dutch kitesurfer?

Hi all,

Dec 29th I'll arrive @ Orlando and will cruise through Florida for one week. Originally planning to go to Tampa area....but maybe now more in direction Jupiter.

Like to combine it maybe with course in stand-up paddle boarding. ideally go arround with a group to some nice spots!

What is the best wind planner anyway for Florida?

Any advise!

Cheers,
Daan

Jupiter is a great spot for easterly winds, especially for waves. Tampa area is good for west winds. For flat water go to Miami then down to the Keys, where you can get wind from all directions. And the Kitehouse in Miami and Key West have stand up paddleboarding when there is no wind.

We rent stand-ups in tampa and do guided tours, our wind has been minimal lately in tampa but looks like the new year should bring us a solid front, contact us for tampa info, tritonkiteboarding@yahoo.com
