This race will start in Biscayne Bay and surge up the Miami River through the downtown skyline and back." Should be a great event with outstanding views, Miami skyline, I-95 overpass, vintage building, banana boats, six foot iguanas racing along the seawall. Might even see the Miami Vice guys.
