how windy was it
 

just curious how windy you all thought it was last night, about 8:30 or so just after the lightning show ended and we all started riding agian at LP...

Before you got there, 25 to 30.
After the lightning "break" and once you hit the water, solid upper teens to low twenties. It was seriously windy there for about an hour once the clouds passed overhead (that started about 7:30 or so)

After you guinea pigged the lightining, It was 16 to 20. Outside a few breif gusts I don't think we had any 20 plus late.

it was def on the cusp of insanity on the 12m waroo right at dusk.. 25 solid i would say..I was really wishing i was riding my 9m..

i put the kite down right as it got dark and it kicked in another 4 or 5 for about 15 to 20 minutes just as the few specs of rain hit.. then it cleared and felt like it was 18 with gusts to 22.. plenty for me to ride the 12m waroo in its sweet spot... alas.. i was not digging the night ride w/o a couple glow sticks.. need to go buy a bunch for tonight.might put one on my kite too..

danny .. you still looked LITT.. you were going fast.. and your loops looked awesome..
