The new 2010 NEO II by HQ Kite and Design will be widely available by mid December. If you're familiar with and like the original NEO, you'll really appreciate the improvements made in the NEO II.
  • Bigger and more responsive depower
  • Faster inflation
  • Quicker turns
  • Additional safety feature
If you're 175+ lbs. then a kite like the NEO II - 11meter will give you enough kite to get good boost in lighter wind conditions, but enough depower to get out in 20+ mph winds without having to update your health insurance policy.
