Travel Precautions and Kiteboarders?

I am working on an article for SBC Kiteboard on travel and the kiteboarder. I was hoping to include a paragraph of vacination considerations for certain destinations and other prudent precautions that might come to mind. I am already including things like arranging for valid insurance, carrying proof of that and ID while riding. Would you have other suggestions in this regard?
