View Full Version : Buying a new board, Cabrinha Caliber vs Nobile NHP 666?

Gettin' ready to pick up a new board. I need an 'inbetweener' board for when it's too choppy for the FlightDeck (147) and when it's not windy enough for my Aggression 128.

I'm 215lbs, and thinking of a 2010 Cabrinha Caliber 136x42 or 139x43.5. Also considering the Nobile NHP 666 137x44.

Anyone have any input on either one of these boards? I've heard great things about the Caliber. I've riden some 555's but not this NHP 666. Concerned as the 666 looks like it has a lot of rocker... maybe too much!

Looking for huge POP and Boosts, able to handle the chop and Gulf wave riding. Mostly freeride and wakestyle.

Any advice appreciated!!

You may want to check out the new Crazyfly Shox. A couple of different sizes, and may just be what you are looking for. I am looking for a new "big" board too, and I'm thinking about trying this one out. Good luck!!

Thanks bro... I'll go check it out.

Yeah I want a 'big guys board' for mid range winds, that rides like my 128 Aggression rides in high wind!
