I think that I have a very slow leak in the leading edge of a Cabrinha Contra. Does anybody have some tips on how to find the leak and recomendations for patching?

Cheers

I had a 16 meter Cabrinha crossbow and thought that I had a hole somewhere in the bladder. I took the bladder out and put it in a pool to try to find the leak looking for air bubbles. I could not find any leak and it turned out that the leak was actually coming from the one way valve (it had a buildup of sand in it and was not screwed down real tight). Before you take out the bladder, check around the air valve and make sure that it is in good shape.

I had the same situation with my Contra. Only leaked sometimes, like Honda said, check the one way valve.

If it isn't the valve, before you remove the bladder, pump up the LE and hose down with water. This is way more easy than doing the pool deal. You will see bubbles where the hole is, even pin holes show this way.
