Sounds like a nice opportunity. Despite what shows up in the Sat. image it even looks like they have high ground there for riding out the odd typhoon. $105 K USA per year and all that water and reef for a pretty limited list of responsibilities.

Reminds me of a joke: A guy was shipwrecked on an island similar to this one and the only other inhabitants were a pig and a dog. He, the dog, and the pig would sit and watch the sunset every night and after a number of months they began to bond,but every time the guy would make a move toward the pig, the dog would get jealous and start to growl at him. This frustrated our guy to no end, but one day another ship was stranded on his island and a beautiful woman came ashore. After many months getting to know her and sharing the sunsets together, he finally got up his courage, looked into her gorgeous eyes and said, "Could you take the dog for a walk?"
