"It is that time of year again and the complaints, right or wrong, are coming into the City of Pompano. Lets all try to be on our best behavior and stay away from swimmers and others using the beaches. Don’t ride the shore line, try to stay outside the buoys (especially at the inlet), help one another if a kite goes down along the beach and stay off shore when at the one building we all know so well south of 13th street."

Similar points for riding could help avoid threats to access in many other places hence my posting this in the general forum.
