West winds 15 to 20 knots becoming 10 to 15 knots. Near shore...seas 2 to 3 feet. Well offshore...seas 4 to 6 feet subsiding to 2 to 4 feet. Bay and inland waters choppy in exposed areas. Chance of showers.

Monday Night

i don't think it happened. i'm wondering when they will re-schedule. I don't suppose that there is much risk of conflicting with other events as most of them are on the east coast and they can't ride in conditions that will work for Naples.

keep us posted as to the new dates if you are planning on running the event. thx.

Were hoping to host the Annual Kitemasters Race here in Tampa Bay sometime in the near future. The format sounds like the best yet. Should guarantee a weekend race as we can race in any wind direction Gotta love Tampa for the options.

First of all I would like to thanks every single person for coming to Naples from far and near on Monday jan 19th to participate in our race, I know so many of you come a long way to enter this race and I cant tell you how much we appreciate it, and also thanks to everyone who took time out to help us.

We were so excited that the wind was perfect for the race but as all kiteboarders know Mother Nature has her own plans, you can’t imagine how bad I felt when I saw the kiter’s working to keep the kites in the air then the wind just died.

WE ARE GOING TO REDO THE RACE, WE ARE WAITING UNTILL A FEW OTHER EVENTS HAVE PASSED AND WILL START LOOKING AT THE WIND IN MARCH.

PS: KEEP YOUR SHIRTS SO THAT YOU WILL BE THE SAME NUMBER AND REGISTRATION WILL BE A BREEZE.
