Kites are in excellent condition.
I have used the RAGEII only 4 times, and have never used the OUTRAGEII.
I also have the S.A.F.E. sytem installed.
I have had them all summer, and realize that i have no time to play.
I dont think you could find a better deal on used kites. They are virtually brand new.
