View Full Version : Good wind destination for September near the SE USA???

In the past it seems the reliable wind has shut down in the tradewind belt, the Margarita, ABC island latitude and in other areas. Aside from the odd, unpredictable tropical system, which I want to avoid anyway, do folks have any suggestions?
