Here's the deal. The participation is limited at the Bimini Winds to the following numbers... so sign up now. Due to the intricacies of organizing this event in a foreign country, official registration will end October 15th, 2008. Make sure to book your air travel and accommodations as well.

Maximum Event entrants:
Kicker / Slider: 24 total
Race: 40 total

Keep in mind that there will be tons of “open ride” on the kicker / slider and judging will be limited to only 1-2 hrs. per day. The rest of the time is open.

Prize Money Breakdown:

Kicker / Slider:

Men: 1st: $1200, 2nd: $600, 3rd: $400
Women:1st: $300

Top Strapless:
1st: $250

Top Grinch:
1st: $250

Hey, I live in nassau. Im wondering if there is a minumum age? Also what will the winds be like this time of the year?? same as nassau

Hi Chris,

If you are a minor, your parents will have to sign a release to compete. The winds will be similar to Nassau, but all directions will be good as we are racing and riding mainly in the Bay. Even if you don't want to compete, come over anyway as it will be a great time. We have a few other young riders coming as well. I belive that 13 year old Matt Collins will be attending and ready to do his 3 race already.
