Are you guys still in summer calms or have the afternoon breezes set up again? I mentioned Moceans operation as a destination to a guy looking for some riding and lesssons for his wife.

I can't think of anything less fun than this x-ing. After 2 Newport Bermuda races and a bunch of Aruba Pro Am windsurf races my will to compete and knees are both done.

I'll see everyone when they arrive in Nassau as I am cruuzing at Club M in flat water.

Neil is staging it in some fairly adverse conditions, NE winds. I think he dropped the max wind to 15 to 20 mph which will help, a little. If it was honking 20 to 30 plus into the face of the Florida Current, those ragged 15 to 20 ft. seas could be a major ordeal for all parties. I feel more sorry for the guys in the support boats that the kiteboarders though. Those will be some unpleasant head seas. The riders will be going slow but it should be doable barring equipment breakage and chase boat problems. Just think you can toss off conch fritters and rum punches at the Big Game Club on the far side of the Straits, a bit sore but what the hell.
