Buddy system anyone?

Everybody in NE Fla. give a shout out here if you are riding from St. Aug to Cocoa. hopefully this thread can hook up some riders in the same area so you don't have to ride alone on a good day! I am near Daytona & New Smyrna if an new or experienced riders need a buddy.

That's a nice riding ground you have around Ponce. What would you guess the water temperature drops down to up there in January or February? What sort of wetsuit do you wear for longer sessions in some of the strong cold fronts? Can just imagine some of the waves you get up there, might fine.

Hey Rick,

Yes, Ponce is quite a gem when it comes to great kiteboarding spots in central Florida. As far as the water temp. I'm not exactly sure what it usually gets down to, but I have yet to use more than a 3mm 3/4 wetsuit. I've only been kiting there for the last two years, I'm sure on colder fronts it could warrant a full.
