Good day, I am getting starting into the world of kiteboarding and have a concern about sight. Have a strong eyeglass prescription and cannot wear contacts.
I was wondering anyone else with vision issues what they are wearing on the water and what the best recommendation would be.
Any help much appreciated.

SeaSpecs are a popular brand of action eyewear. I have a couple of pairs of non-rx and they work great. No fogging. They have a built in tensionable headband. They offer prescription glasses which are a lot more expensive, but cheaper than the ones by Costa Del Mar.

Picked up a pair of Surf Shades. going to put my prescription in. We will see how they work out when I get on the water.

Update on vision: I decided to go with Dailies Contact lenses. The prescription is just for nearsightedness. Its good enough for kiteboarding. With those contacts and the surfshade glasses I have had no problems with vision.
The glasses so far are holding up well too with many wipeouts!!!
When you are done with the session, ditch the contacts.
