Any Kite spots near TAMPA?

I am new to the sport and live in Tampa FL. Are there any spots near there. i heard Fort De Soto was good. Is it? And is there any others?

i know there are lots of nice riding places in the tampa / pinellas area. you will have no trouble finding a place to ride but now is not the time! no wind and lots of rain up there right now.
