"The Waterman's Challenge is this weekend on the beach in front of the Holiday Inn. The paddleboard race is Saturday morning. Beach sign-up starts at 0730, race starts 0800-0830 depending upon how long the sign-up takes.
We do have an open standup division for the 3-mile race. Additionally, we have a 1 mile surfboard race after the King/Queen of the Beach.
The Luau is Saturday Night 6-11 pm. There will be a couple of bands and Hawaiian dancers; $20 for non-members, $15 for members, $10 12-17 and under 12 free with parent. Menu includes pulled pork, sliced turkey, corn on the cob, beans and rice. Vegetarian and kids meals will be available.
