Due to a recent misjudged jump by a local kiter, the surfers aren't too happy with us. We narrowly escaped an all-out ban on kiting in our area. This is not a joke.
Here's the most popular surf spots in our area, shown in RED
Please do not rig and ride in these areas if surfers are present.
Please give way to all water users and stay out of the swim zones.
kite safe!

That's where you surf quite a bit, isn't it Tom?

It's an AWESOME idea to give surfers some space. Very good idea, indeed.
Anyone who follows this idea is also awesome. :D

Yes, and all of those red lines placed end to end only accounts for a few hundred yards of beach... kiteboards have the ENTIRE gulf coast so giving up a few hundreds yards of waves seems more than reasonable to me.

Respect your roots fellas! Surfing is where this sport came from.

And lets not try to show off to the surfers by jumping close to them no matter where they are. If any of you guys are trying to pick up some cute surfer boys-try your luck at backside instead!

Be looking out for a cease and desist order from Real's lawyers for that comment. You may not have used the term Zero to Hero, but you slightly inferred it.
