Who can you recommend for beginner lessons near Tampa?
(I have already used a trainer kite)
Is it too late in the season?

There are lots of active kiters in the Tampa Bay area and some good instructors. You can find listings for several at:

I wouldn't wait too long as the winds usually start to ease off later this month in normal years. Then again, this hasn't been all that normal so far.
