I'm looking for some opinions and possibly evidence to back them up...
Is there a place that is windy enough all year long to kiteboard. A place where you don't have to wear a wetsuit 9 months out of the year to kite, where the people speak english, and a person can make enough money to live?
What say you?
Give me some links if you can to back up your claim, at least for the wind!

Sounds like Hawaii to me....now make enough money to live......that all depends on what you need to make you happy.
My wife is a nurse and I have a degree in education.....2 very easy jobs to find....well not lately in teachin.......f'n economy......we considered the move, but we just didn't want to be that far from our families.
Guess I will have to wait until I reach heaven.

Obviously not the point of your thread... but...
I gotta say, Danny, I'm pretty freakin' stoked to live on the Pinellas coastline! And especially to be kitin' here! This was a crappy place for windsurfin' (not enough ridable days a year...) but I feel like I already found my kiting paradise! At least it feels like paradise on the barrier islands... but not on the freakin' roads in Pinellas! LOL!
Look at the wind graphs
It's right under your nose
Cuba is always windy
