Funny as hell, Bryan.

I think the board graphics specialization idea is a great one. That's not the best example in the world to show.
If those boards are half way decent, seems like a good deal.
Boards are WAY overpriced, as in RE DIK U LUSS. 900 for some of the popouts.... R U kidding me?
I am surprised it took so long for a company to come out for cheaper prices (direct mail).

If we could demo these I would consider it. I wouldn't consider one without a demo though. These look moderately narrow, and tapering to more narrow (sinker maybe in our avg. winds).

we are all waiting anxiously for the Tom Stock Kite board company to open its doors..

Screw that $250 is cheaper than I could sell them. But of course they are made from recycled styrofoam cups.

I'm just going to have them make me boards with a Nobile logo on them and sell them on ebay for $900!

Obviously I saw this coming... that's why I am not interested in trying to start a board company. It's only a matter of time before china sells $99 boards, and you never know they may eventually be pretty good.

I would bet shipping is about 90 bucks and takes 3 weeks.

board production depends on the flow of used cups from starbucks trash bins.

I am just saying, if yours were 325, it'd be the same price.
I would be curious to know shipping cost to US from Taiwan or wherever and the time delay.

Dunno... fwiw the only reason I started making boards was because I thought boards were way over priced... I wanted to get them going out at $199 but that was just too hard... $300 is about the minimum for my manual setup.

With a good machine and laminating setup (and cheap china labor) no reason a GOOD board couldn't be sold for $199.

The day of expensive glossy "custom" boards is coming... thats the only way to justify the high price tag imo.

usually two months, 30+ days shipping to Cali, 15 days rail and another week or two customs

or they can go thru panama, of course thats big bucks tho'

and also, those container ships are throttling back on the engines now to save fuel so they no longer cruise at 20 kts

Really? I order R/C stuff from China all the time. Takes anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks. Have a bag of stuff right here I just received.

Do you order via shipping on a container ship or via air freight?

Hank,

Please don't spam numerous forums on this site with commercial ads. This hasn't been a problem here and for that reason people have been free to post ads with restraint in appropriate forums on the site. You posted in about ten forums on this site? Not good, resulting in a number being deleted. Originally commercial posts were only allowed in just two specific forums. It would be a shame to go back to that.

Thank you for your cooperation!

The $90.00 board from China might be a little heavy if it contains lead?
