I am a little confused as to why Best would upload it to their site. I guess they really don't care who represents them or how.

Best doesn't give a crap... I bet you could sell gear out of the back of your truck and they'd be cool with it... or maybe not, I don't know. Just seems that way since some retailers don't even have a store front these days.
