best way to Islamorada

I have never been down to Islamorada but planning on going tomorrow morning.. are the beach or kiting areas easy to find. How far is it from Miami? Thanks Marc

is the beach are kiting area easy to find. no, but if you call the school down there they should be able to hook you up with a boat ride to the riding spots

How far is it from Miami 2 or 2 1/2 hours depending on traffic

“Grand Opening” The Otherside Boardsports will be hosting the 1st Annual “Hookup Huck” skate contest in Islamorada, Florida (Florida Keys) at Founders Park Skate Park at 2 pm Saturday, December 1st 2007.

The Otherside Boardsports is the premiere boardsports provider in the Florida Keys specializing in skate, wake and kite. Doors will open at the shop at 9:00am . After the “Hookup Huck” (and hopefully some kiting) there will be an awards ceremont and BBQ w/ live music.
