If you ride in pompano beach (in the area of NE 15 St.), you must stay out past the markers or you will get a ticket to appear in court.
The police are patrolling hard, there is a old man in a condo that is dead set on getting it banned. He is using video and calling the police 6 times a day to make his point.
If you’re a beginner or learning you will need to go some where else no kite flying on the beach and body dragging in the shore. If you can’t ride up wind you can’t ride, we will be self policing hard so don’t get made if we talk to you or ask you not to ride if you can’t.
STAY OUT SIDE OF THE MARKERS OR STAY AWAY!
IF YOU DON’T RESPECT THE PEOPLE TALKING TO YOU OR THE RULES ON THE SIGN, THE POLICE TOLD US TO CALL ON YOU, WOULD HATE TO DO THAT BUT IF IT’S CALL THEM OR GET BANNED. YOU FIGGER WHAT WE WILL DO, IT WILL BE NOTED ON THE REPORT THAT IT WAS THE KITE SURFERS THAT MADE THE CALL AND LOOK GOOD FOR THE ONES THAT LIVE AND RIDE THERE WHEN IT COME TIME FOR A BAN OR PREVENTING IT.
Don't make us be a asshole to you, PLEASE.
