Canopy has several pinholes that have been repaired with sail tape. seam on center strut is coming apart a little bit, nothing that a quick stitch or two won't fix. Local sail shop will probably do it for free. Kite only $250 USD. Kite & bar $375 USD. Kite, bar & lines $425 USD.

I have a 7 Fuel for hurricanes and the 12 Thruster will be for high wind up to 35 or 37 or so.

ahhh .. i think you'll have a better time in the high winds (gusty, etc) with the sonic as you'll be able to sheet through the gusts. I tell ya man.. it was blowing in mid 30s last Thursdays and only the most skilled were out w/o bow kites. You might not like them as a main kite.. but for those high wind days they allow you to have a much better time.

I dont think you would be having a good time in mid 30s on a 12m kite.

This is not a C vs Bow thing.. for me its a Fun vs Work thing. Gusting in high winds is a world of difference than gusts in moderate winds. I had my waroo bar ripped out of my hands a couple times on thurs. Never had that happen before. I would have been WORKED if not for the depower of a bow.

thurs was actually the first time thats ever happened to me as well, it kind of freaked me out when happened.....
i wish i had a 7m that day, it would of rocked....
