Monday at the Undertow

Donna, Roberto and myself are heading out the Undertow and should be riding by 11:30 (once the primary band passes) http://www.baynews9.com/Doppler9000.html (http://www.baynews9.com/Doppler9000.html)if anyone wants to join us. We are going to try to go upwind (maybe downwind at first?) to Upham and then do a mini downwinder at the end when the wind goes more NW.

It is a bar that is kind of hard to see from Gulf Blvd about halfway between the Don Cesar (huge pink hotel) and the Publix (on the opposite side of the street on Gulf Blvd.)...The Undertow sits right on the beach.

3850 Gulf Blvd on st. pete beach.. just south of the public parking lot.. easy to miss.

If you are new to riding.. I would HIGHLY suggest going down to Pass-a-Grille and going to the most northern beach access (just below the Don Cesar Hotel .. big pink building).. walk north on the beach a bit .. this is typically deserted..

DO NOT kite at the public beach or at the Undertow if you are starting out.. it can be very crowded at times.
