dosent have to know how to kite.

what happened to Jimmy?

Old jimmy was moonlighting at his local bar and not showing up on time..not showing up in the best of moods because of lack of sleep and being slightly hung over for a few days.
and not showing up on days that i needed him.
talking back to me.
not doing what i asked him to do.
would not supply me with a curant police certificate or a valid drivers licance.
by some of the above actions he could of put a kiteboarding student at risk , and I just had enough .
we have worked together on yachts (he was my first mate)
we have fixed boats and done countles diving jobs ect over the last few years and I just wanted to give him a go (teaching him to teach others)
I'm anoyed and sad that it didn't work out .(because of the amount of time I put into him)
so it was time for us to part ways,and now I need another helper to replace Jimmy.
