It is one of the fastest growing extreme sports to hit UK waters in recent years.
But the kitesurfing phenomenon has divided one small seaside community.

Hey Enrique,

They have bans going back quite a few years in the UK. This couldn't be the first. Some have been overturned fortunately, like Hayling Island with organization and lobbying.

I think they have been pretty successful through the BKSA and seaside councils in working to preserve access. Still threats will appear at times and it looks like yet again at Hayling. Good luck guys.

BTW the link isn't working currently.
