usairnet is showing a chance for decent S to SW tomorrow afternoon, with ikitesurf showing a stronger trend in the morning.
For anyone who doesn't have to work tomorrow, it might be worth keeping an eye on it.
NOAA marine forecast for Tuesday? SOUTHEAST WINDS 10 TO 15 KNOTS SHIFTING TO THE SOUTHWEST IN THE AFTERNOON. SEAS 2 TO 4 FEET. BAY AND INLAND WATERS A MODERATE CHOP. CHANCE OF LIGHT RAIN IN THE MORNING...THEN RAIN LIKELY AND CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS IN THE AFTERNOON.
What we need is some of this:
S WINDS 30 TO 40 KT...EXCEPT TO 50 KT EARLY NW PORTION...
BECOMING SW TO W 25 TO 35 KT THROUGHOUT...THEN W 30 TO 40 KT
LATE. SEAS BUILDING TO 20 TO 27 FT WITH NW SWELL...HIGHEST W. Of course, this is for Washington and Oregon waters from 60 NM to 250 NM offshore!
