That's fairly classic late afternoon stuff at the Skyway, Toby. I bet Jay and Billy were planning/(at least hoping) for that.

If it is nuking on the east coast (trust me, it was), it will usually ramp up QUICKLY at the skyway as it cools off.
4:30 is typically a magic number out there if this is going to occur.
Especially on a sunny day and if the temperature drops noticeably as the sun goes down.

In other words, it might happen again today :P
