That's Czech Robert on his Takoon.
Awesome picture. Robert showed me that pic quite awhile ago.
I remember because it was so good, with the flash lighting up his kite :)

Hard to get better than that shot.
Weird that its this week's picture. I am gonna call Robert just to make sure I am not losing my mind.
